Instructions: Muddle about 6 blackberries in a mixing glass. Strain the blackberry juice and discard the blackberry skins. Add ice cubes to the shaker. Add the blackberry juice, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to the shaker. Shake. Strain into an ice filled highball glass. Garnish with blackberries, mint leaves, and a lemon wheel.
