• 3 parts Soda Water
• 2 parts Orange Juice
• 1¹⁄₂ parts Vodka

• Orange Wedge

• Highball

• Add ice cubes to the shaker
• Pour the ingredients into the shaker
• Shake
• Strain into an ice filled highball glass
• Garnish with an orange wedge

Black Russian

• 2 parts Vodka
• 1 part Coffee Liqueur

• Rocks

• Put ice cubes in the rocks glass
• Pour the ingredients into the glass
• Stir together

Black Velvet

• 8 parts Beer
• 4 parts Champagne

• Pint

• Pour the ingredients into the glass
• Gently stir together
• Note: Use Guinness (or other Irish stout) for the beer

Bocce Ball

• 3 parts Orange Juice
• 1¹⁄₂ parts Amaretto
• 1 part Soda Water
• 1 part Vodka

• Pineapple Wedges,cherry

• Highball

• Fill the highball glass half way with ice
• Pour the ingredients - except for the soda - into the glass

• Add a splash of soda
